Logan joined AGC as its president and CEO in 2017 after spending five years at AGC’s parent company, ASRC, as its Director of Treasury Operations. At ASRC, Logan led the company’s efforts in placing and managing debt in excess of $700 million, corporate liquidity, and overall debt capital market strategy. Other key responsibilities included leading the risk management department and active involvement in the company’s merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining ASRC, Logan was a business and commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank for nine years. Logan was born in Fairbanks, grew up in Anchorage, and gained valuable experience working during his college years as a commercial fisherman in Bristol Bay, and in an oilfield support position in Prudhoe Bay. Logan graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and lives in Anchorage with his wife and two children. He currently serves on the statewide board of directors for Junior Achievement of Alaska, and is active in numerous civic organizations that promote economic development in Alaska.
